Sizing & Detailed Design
Sizing of special purpose HEx is arrived using detiled design calculations and use of design softwares. After design iterations, final design details are derived as per standards and converted to CAD models followed by manufacturing drawings. We offer design of Finned-Tube, Shell-Tube, Plate heat exchangers, heat pipe based heat sink designs, etc.
Modeling & Simulation
Usage of advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) & Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation softwares to perform design iterations for special purpose HEx and thermal systems to validate and ensure high system performance and effencient heat transfer rate.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing of HEx and Thermal systems as per applicable standars (like ASTM / API / TEMA etc.) and customer requirements are done through our fabrication pareners.
