A containerised vanadium flow battery that delivers 100 kW for six hours. Power and run-time can each be sized to your site.
Specifications are design targets for the system under development and are confirmed for each project.

Size your system
Indicative only. Electrolyte estimate assumes about 25 Wh per litre of total electrolyte. Final sizing follows a site study.
Request a quote for this sizeEnergy stored in liquid, released on demand
A vanadium flow battery keeps its energy in two tanks of electrolyte. Pumps move the liquid through a cell stack, where the energy is stored or released.
- 1Charging. Solar or grid power enters the stack and changes the vanadium in each tank to its charged state.
- 2Storing. The charged liquid waits in the tanks for hours, with no loss of capacity over the years.
- 3Discharging. The liquid flows back through the stack and releases the energy as DC power for your site.

Choose how you would use the battery and tell us about your power cuts. We estimate savings for the system size you picked above, using current Karnataka industrial tariffs.
Savings are after the cost of charging from solar and before battery maintenance. Your payback estimate includes everything.
When does it pay back for your site?

How we calculate
- Diesel: fuel at your price plus ₹5/L for logistics, 3.5 kWh per litre, generator servicing every 250 running hours and annual maintenance.
- Each power-cut day uses one full battery cycle, recharged from solar at ₹3/kWh with 80% round-trip efficiency.
- Evening energy is valued at the KERC HT-2(a) energy charge of ₹6.60/kWh, with time-of-day rates for December to June.
- Demand charge of ₹350/kVA a month, reduced by the system's power, plus excess-demand penalties avoided in three months a year.
- If you don't own a generator yet, we include the generator you would no longer need to buy, and its overhaul in year 15.
- Tariffs and diesel prices are held flat, so the estimate is conservative.

Two independent dials
Add stack modules
Power scales in 25 kW stack modules. Match the peak load you need to carry.
Add electrolyte
Run-time scales with tank volume. Move from 4 to 12 hours without changing the stacks.
